Zhanna Kytaieva

Zhanna has more than 25 years' experience in finance and investment, and joined as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member in 2022. Originally from Ukraine, she began her career as a financial analyst at Procter & Gamble before holding CFO roles across agribusiness, media and telecoms. Her expertise spans strategy, mergers and acquisitions and business turnarounds. She relishes a challenge and new ideas, and has a deep interest in AI. Outside work, she is a connoisseur of Chinese tea and lives in London with her twins.
