Thinking long term means taking responsibility for how we work as well as the work we enable. We are working towards becoming a net-zero company by 2050, using a remote-first approach to reduce commuting and non-essential travel.
Connecting people and organisations at the heart of critical infrastructure for over 45 years.

Thinking long term means taking responsibility for how we work as well as the work we enable. We are working towards becoming a net-zero company by 2050, using a remote-first approach to reduce commuting and non-essential travel.

People do their best work when they feel they belong and know they will be supported. As a Disability Confident Level 2 Employer, we use inclusive language, gender decoders, reasonable adjustments, blind recruitment methods and diverse interview panels. Colleagues also have access to trained mental health first aiders and Help@Hand, our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for mental health, financial, legal and family support.

Partnerships are powerful when they create opportunity beyond a single hire or project. We work with Bridge of Hope, Shaw Trust, Back to Work Group and Ambitious about Autism, and support schools and communities with CV-writing and interview workshops, including initiatives with Northumbrian Water Group and Young HPC. Our teams have also supported local food banks with the Trussell Trust.
People Are Priceless and Happy People are part of how we make decisions, not just words on a wall. We invest in people, give them room to grow and want Rullion to be somewhere people feel supported, successful and proud of what they do.
One Rullion means sharing the wins, supporting each other when things are hard and remembering that Partnerships Are Powerful. The best outcomes come from working closely with colleagues, candidates, customers and partners, with everyone pulling in the same direction.
Reputation Is Everything. Actions Speak Louder Than Words. Happy Customers are the yardstick. We earn trust by doing what we say we will do, staying close to the people we work with and being accountable for the result, whether that is one career move or an entire workforce programme.
Sustainable Growth and More Than Money keep us focused beyond the next placement or quarter. Ideas Meritocracy gives good thinking room to win. We want to grow in a way that lasts, creates opportunity and leaves our customers, candidates, colleagues and communities stronger.
From our executive team to the consultants working with clients and candidates every day, Rullion is led by people who stay close to the work. Our leadership team sets the direction, but the culture is shared across the business: know your market, listen properly, take responsibility and do what you say you will do.

Critical infrastructure needs good people and good workforce partners. If you’re looking for your next role or building the team to deliver what comes next, we’re here to help.
