Rullion Tax Strategy 2026

Our approach to tax

Rullion is committed to ethical and transparent business practices. We comply with all applicable tax obligations across our operations in the UK and do not engage in artificial tax arrangements.

Scope and governance

This tax strategy applies to Rullion Ltd and all subsidiaries. The Finance Director serves as Senior Accounting Officer and is responsible for overseeing the management of tax across the group, covering employment taxes, corporate income taxes, indirect taxes, and other applicable tax matters.

Tax risk management

The finance team conducts annual reviews to identify key tax risks. Rullion's appetite for tax risk is low. We only structure our affairs based on sound commercial principles and will not enter into transactions that have a main purpose of gaining a tax advantage.

2026 changes: umbrella supply chain

New umbrella supply-chain rules came into effect on 6 April 2026, shifting PAYE accountability to agencies. In response, Rullion is materially reducing its umbrella PSL to a small number of large, highly reputable umbrella companies only. We are implementing intensive upfront and ongoing due diligence to ensure full compliance with the new requirements.

Our relationship with HMRC

Rullion strives for an open, honest and positive working relationship with HMRC. We are committed to transparency, proactive communication, and prompt disclosure, supported by regular meetings with tax authorities.
