Umerah Riyasat

Umerah has five years managing end-to-end BPSS screening checks in Rullion's Candidate Services team, handling candidate and client queries and keeping the process on track. She's known for strong organisation and a methodical approach — the detail-focused work that keeps screening running properly. Outside of work, she's a football fan who plays every Tuesday. It's a big part of the week.
