Tom has built his 15-year career at Rullion, progressing from Trainee Recruiter to leading client services across EDF and Sizewell C — two of the UK's most significant nuclear programmes. A CIPD Level 5 professional with BPSS and CTC security clearance, he oversees MSP contract governance, SLA management and stakeholder engagement in highly regulated environments. Known for a calm, solutions-led approach to problem-solving. Outside of work, he spends most weekends following Ipswich Town around the country.
