Sibel Akel

Sibel has been leading the Rullion marketing team since 2021. Her focus is helping Rullion and Nova Workforce Solutions reach more customers and candidates across critical infrastructure. As the host of the Hot Off The Grid podcast, she also likes to celebrate the sector's thought leaders. Sibel began her career as a brand and communication strategist at leading London agencies almost two decades ago, working across award winning B2B and B2C campaigns for global brands such as UPS, Samsung, Bayer, IHG and Aldi. Outside work, she likes to stay creative and active, whether swimming, cycling or making ceramics and prints.
