Sammie leads Rullion's Central Delivery Team — making sure the right people get to the right roles, and that the whole process actually works. With 18 years in recruitment, she brings a mix of relationship-first instincts and a genuine interest in making things run better. She's known for being approachable and for making complex processes feel simple. A trained Mental Health First Aider, she means it when she says the door is open. Outside of work, she bakes, makes handmade decorations, and is almost certainly organising something.
