Rachael Baker

Rachael has more than 20 years' experience in operational excellence and change. She joined in 2019 to transform the candidate experience and, after roles as Business Change Director and Chief of Staff, became Chief Operating Officer in 2023. She now leads technology, people, compliance, business change and operations transformation across the business. Before joining, she spent nine years as an independent business improvement consultant and leadership coach to organisations including British Airways, Diageo and Transport for London. As a champion of human-centred design and qualified coach she believes technology used well is an excellent people enabler.
