Pops has 10 years in recruitment and, as an Account Consultant in our Central Delivery team, nurtures new and existing candidate relationships and works to give people the best experience with Rullion and its clients. Clients and candidates know her for making people feel heard, communicating clearly, giving honest feedback and keeping the recruitment process moving. She has recruited across technology, healthcare, construction, engineering, BPO and corporate functions in UK, US, Australian, European and African markets, and has a Marketing Management qualification. A proud mum and naturally curious, she enjoys family time, good conversations and good food.
