Leanne Wright

Leanne has 12 years in recruitment — starting in construction before moving into rail and engineering. As Account Manager for Hitachi and Stadler, she manages the full process from interview through to onboarding, across permanent and contract roles. What sets her apart is a deliberate focus on real relationships — taking the time to actually understand what clients and candidates need, rather than applying a blanket approach. Weekends tend to involve family, a good BBQ in summer or a proper Sunday roast in winter.
