Kristyna has eight years of recruitment experience across manufacturing, financial services and renewables, and now manages client relationships and delivery at EDF. She's known for cutting through complexity: understanding what clients need, finding practical solutions, and keeping communication clear and honest throughout. When she's not recruiting, Kristyna fosters Boston Terriers, dances wherever possible, and considers herself — without a hint of modesty — a pretty amazing baker.
