Kayleigh has 13 years in recruitment and works as a Senior Account Manager on the Sizewell C account. She builds strong client relationships, gets to know their workforce needs and looks for ways to grow and develop each partnership, working closely with clients and our internal teams to deliver a high-quality service. A people person at heart, she takes the time to understand what matters to clients and candidates, communicates openly and makes sure they feel supported throughout. Kayleigh speaks fluent Greek, is obsessed with Lego and has a miniature dachshund called Dobby.
