Jordan Steele

Jordan has over nine years in recruitment, six of them in Energy and Utilities before joining Rullion's Nuclear New Build team in 2023. He manages recruitment and account management across the NNB programme, keeping contractors, hiring managers and candidates connected and making sure queries are resolved properly and promptly. Within the team, he is the subject matter expert for Construction Delivery. Before his recruitment career, Jordan served as a Royal Marines Commando for six and a half years, a background that informs the discipline and directness he brings to the job. Outside work, he is a lifelong Martial Artist with his own academy, Apex Fighting Academy.
