Jane Hardman

Jane has been Rullion's Candidate Services Administrator for five years — managing the onboarding inbox, processing extensions, rate changes and deactivations, and handling the external phoneline. She came into the role with no recruitment background and hasn't looked back. Known for being organised and genuinely helpful, Jane also loves 80s music, doesn't shy away from a soap opera, and could talk about dogs for a very long time.
