James Chamberlain

James has been working in the industry for almost 25 years and has spent 16 of them at Rullion. He heads up the Senior Appointments and Executive Search teams internationally, helping leaders across all our critical infrastructure sectors, from energy to transport, build strong teams and grow their careers. Much of his career has been in nuclear, where he grew the team from 18 to 57 people and built the UK's first agency delivery team for nuclear waste. His work spans decommissioning to fusion, giving him a real understanding of complex, highly regulated environments and the people who run them.
