Clare Shaw

Clare has spent 10 years placing professionals across nuclear, oil & gas, petrochemical and renewables — across the UK and into the Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia and Serbia. A 360 consultant, she manages the full cycle from business development through to candidate delivery, and is known for building genuine relationships on both sides. Outside of recruitment, Clare helps run Eskdale Golf Club with her husband, and has recently co-opened The Station Hotel in Millom. She keeps busy.
