Andrew Sterne

Andrew has 13.5 years in recruitment, all at Rullion and in rail engineering, and works as a Managing Consultant in our Rail team. He develops new and existing client relationships across the UK, Republic of Ireland and wider Europe, understands workforce challenges and identifies recruitment and workforce solutions. Clients know him for building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities, connecting the right people and making things happen. He also supports hiring managers, sources specialist talent and works with contractors throughout their assignments. Outside work, Andrew enjoys family time, travelling and motorhome adventures, and is regularly told he looks like cricketer Kevin Pietersen.
