Alistair Haigh

Alistair has over 30 years experience in HR, L&D and Recruitment.  He joined Rullion in 2002 as Group Training Manager and has been Executive Director since 2010. He helps critical infrastructure organisations get more value and insight from their extended workforce, and leads MSP for Nova Workforce Solutions. He is known for his depth of knowledge in recruitment outsourcing and supplier management, and has worked with some of the largest critical infrastructure companies to design, implement and evolve solutions to optimise their extended workforce. Outside work, he is a father of two, a keen (but not great) golfer, and a Sheffield United season ticket holder.
