The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Designer (CDM 2015) to support a portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance, repair and property improvement projects across its operational estate.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a varied programme of projects involving existing buildings, structures and infrastructure assets, helping to ensure health and safety risks are identified, eliminated or reduced through effective design leadership.
