- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our business, delivering high quality SCADA and RTU based control systems
- This role involves leading small project teams through the full project lifecycle-from requirements and design through to implementation, testing, and customer acceptance

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience /Advanced SCADA Configuration skills using at least one of the following applications: -
- COPA-DATA Zenon
- Codra Panorama
- ArchestrA System Platform
- Other PLC/RTU independent SCADA package
- Minimum 3 years' experience of the following: -
- Producing Function Design Specifications, System/Detailed Design Specifications, I/O Schedules and Test Specifications
- Performing Internal and Customer Factory Acceptance Tests
- Technical Checking & Reviewing of Engineering produced by others.
- Track record and experience of technically leading others as a project technical lead or a sub team of larger projects.
- Demonstrated ability to Support the development of less experienced team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Strong understanding of the engineering project lifecycle (e.g., V model) and adherence to formal quality assurance and change control procedures.
