Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: On site 5 days per week
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours per week

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Ability to take receipt of deliveries
- Maintain the electronic inventory management system
- Processing the delivery in the enterprise resource planning system ensuring documentation is verified and retained
- Store materials ensuring they can be easily identified and their condition is preserved
- Liaising with the production team and engineers to understand what part or components they require in line with their project delivery programmes
- Control the issue of materials to ensure traceability is maintained
- Ordering and maintaining a stock of consumables where not covered by consignment stock
- Control the issue of PPE ensuring records are maintained
- Control the calibration of tools and equipment ensuring the calibration database is maintained.
- Approachable diplomatic manner
- Ability to plan ahead, coordinate and prioritise workloads
- Good administration skills and computer literate good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
