The approval time sheet system is not well laid out and is cumbersome to use. It's also not easy to get at historically approved time sheets. Some requests for Approval don't make sense and some are lacking in information (e.g. where it appears to be for no time, but perhaps for accrued leave, etc. - the information on the e-mail and in the Approval system does not make any of this very clear.

In 2024, I believe that there was a delay in getting some of the impact of pay increases included in the invoices - this came quite late on in the year and it was a challenge to find available budgets to cover these costs.
