General Foreman

Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 pa + £5000 Car Allowance

Location: Seascale, Cumbria
Hours of work: 40 hours pw working onsite

Role information:
* Lead and coordinate site operations, including the management of materials, plant, equipment, site teams and subcontractors, to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and production targets.
* Support project delivery through programme planning, method statement development, client-driven changes, project reporting and effective collaboration with project stakeholders.
* Champion Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards by conducting site inspections, implementing safe systems of work, monitoring performance, investigating incidents and ensuring compliance with project management systems and procedures.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, contribute to audits, lessons learned initiatives and management plan updates, and support continuous improvement across the project.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
* Experience as the Contractor under CDM Regulations
* CSCS Card
* Experience of Themis - Desirable

UK National Security Vetting Status - Ability to gain SC Clearance
