Pay rate: Up to £138 PAYE / £187 Umbrella per day

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Hours of work: 3 days on site per week, 2 days remote

The NCR Facilitator will provide dedicated quality support to drive the timely and effective resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) across assigned contracts. The role will monitor progress through the NCR management process, coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers, and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales. The position will also support NCR meetings, reporting, Quality Exceptions Panels and the ongoing improvement and implementation of NCR management systems, helping to maintain compliance, improve visibility of quality performance and ensure issues are progressed efficiently.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:

  • Experience in Quality, NCR/Non-Conformance Management, Project Support or Engineering.
  • Experience liaising with project teams, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
  • Strong reporting, KPI analysis, action tracking and meeting/minute-taking experience.
  • Good understanding of Quality Management Systems, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.
  • Power BI experience desirable.
  • Experience with NCR/quality management systems, CCIS, SWITCH or Teamcenter desirable.
  • Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Nuclear background desirable.
  • Relevant Quality, Engineering or Project Management qualification advantageous.

Role information:

  • Manage and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) across allocated contracts.
  • Track actions and escalate delays to ensure NCRs are completed within required timescales.
  • Attend and support NCR meetings, helping to drive timely resolution.
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc NCR reports and KPI updates.
  • Coordinate and support Quality Exceptions Panels, including scheduling, minutes and record keeping.
  • Liaise with project teams, suppliers, contractors and CCIS/SWITCH teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and address NCR process and system issues.
  • Support NCR system access, training, onboarding and user awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with NCR procedures and contractual response times.
  • Support the development, improvement and implementation of SWITCH, including change and training activities.
