PMO Analyst - Technology

Contract: 6 months
Start: ASAP
Location: Predominantly remote, with attendance at Crown Place, London around 1 day per week/as required
Reporting to: Senior PMO

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to support a technology programme within a Financial Services environment.

You will work closely with the Senior PMO and Programme Managers, providing support across project governance, reporting and financial administration. The role will involve maintaining accurate project information, tracking activity and helping ensure projects remain well controlled and on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Programme Managers and the Senior PMO across technology projects.
  • Raise and manage POs and invoices.
  • Use SAP to support financial and project administration.
  • Review data and financial information, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support project tracking, reporting, actions and governance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Assist with risk, issue and action tracking.
  • Produce regular reports and updates for key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous PMO / Project Support experience within a technology environment.
  • Experience raising POs and invoices.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Confident supporting Programme Managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Previous Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of PMO governance, project controls and financial tracking.

This would suit a proactive PMO Analyst who is comfortable working across multiple priorities and can quickly provide structure, accuracy and support within a busy technology programme.
