Design Manager

Job title: Design Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - depending on security clearance
Pay rate/ Benefits: £65,000-£70,000 + £6000 Car Allowance
Location: Near Whitehaven
Hours of work: 40 hours per week , Monday to Friday - Onsite 5 days per week

Role information:
* Completion of design on time and within budget including successful completion of design reviews, stage gates, construction reviews and hazard/risk reduction procedures.
* To provide technical support on the project.
* To ensure health, safety, welfare, environment, quality are considered as a core function of design at all stages, decisions and outcomes clearly communicated to construction and operation team

Experience/Qualifications:

* Understanding of specific design and engineering procedures.

UK National Security Vetting Status - All candidates must be able to obtain SC clearance
