Role Overview:

We seek Quantity Surveyors to join a leading team managing major infrastructure and nuclear projects across the UK. You will support cost management, commercial performance, and project delivery within a skilled commercial team.

Key duties include:

• Managing cost planning, budgeting, and control throughout projects.

• Preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts and variations.

• Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.

• Identifying commercial risks and applying mitigation strategies.

• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensuring projects meet contractual, regulatory, and company standards.

• Supporting delivery of complex infrastructure and nuclear projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or nuclear projects.

• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and commercial management.

• Proven skills in cost management and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience with commercial and project management software is a plus.
