  • Attend and facilitate daily planning meetings, including PLOD/PLOW meetings.
  • Reinforce shift plans and ensure work fronts are prepared.
  • Undertake site inspections and assurance activities.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while driving timely resolution.
  • Maintain strong communication with the Senior Construction Delivery Manager and wider delivery team.
  • Promote the highest standards of health, safety and quality across all activities.

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and workface planning.
  • Experience coordinating multiple contractors and disciplines.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience producing daily reports and communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to make confident decisions and take ownership.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving site environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SMSTS or IOSH.
  • Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.

What Will Make You Stand Out

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:

  • Strong site presence.
  • Confidence making decisions under pressure.

  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Quality-first mindset.
  • Experience within highly regulated or safety-critical environments.

Why Join?

  • Career-defining opportunity on one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects.
