Hours of work: 37 Hours Per Week - 4 Days in Office/ 1 Day From Home - Upon completion of probation 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
The Role:
To provide efficient administrative and operational support to the HR function, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with company's policies.
Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Administration of company's day-to-day HR operations
* Contribute to various operational HR projects, including supporting various HR audits and compliance activities.
* Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, in HR systems.
* Preparing letters and HR correspondence. Assist with policy reviews and updates.
* Effective use of data from our HR systems to collate and produce meaningful HR management information and other data requirements.
* Support the team with additional HR administrative requirements, including administration of staff survey, corporate projects and monthly reports.
* Act as a minute-taker taking into account confidentiality/GDPR.
* Supporting line manager with various HR administrative tasks to ensure confidentiality.
* Supporting compliance tasks and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Providing general HR support for ad-hoc projects or initiatives.
* Attend various business meetings as required. Act as a personal assistant to the line manager and Chief People Officer when required.
* Understanding of GDPR/data protection legislation procedures and requirements in a highly regulated environment. Comply with GDPR and data protection policy.
* Comply with the company code of ethics and all polices (including staff handbook) related to the company corporate documents.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years Administration Experience
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Packages
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable
- Strong Understanding of GDPR and Data Protection
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR Qualification
- HND/HNC level, level 4/5 vocational qualification or an equivalent level of practical experience
- Previous HR administration experience
