I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Project Manager to lead the technical workstream of a major Finance Transformation Programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Project Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM to take ownership of complex integrations, data migration, and reporting activities, ensuring the successful delivery of a high-impact transformation.

Overview
We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations within our Finance Transformation Programme. You will oversee consultants and collaborate across functional and technical workstreams to ensure seamless execution. This role demands strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, and the ability to guide complex business solutions from planning through post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/EPM workstreams, aligned with the broader Finance Transformation Programme.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and resources; manage changes in alignment with programme governance.
- Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Proactively mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Foster collaboration and provide leadership across internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
- Partner with business workstream leads to track progress and ensure alignment.
- Support the transition to post-implementation support teams.
- Ensure delivery of business goals within agreed time, scope, and quality parameters.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP, SCM- Specifically Inventory.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with external delivery partners.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week during key phases such as design, testing, and go-live.
