We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing B2B Finance team, supporting a key New Business function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping business performance, influencing strategic decisions and partnering with senior leaders across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role offering exposure to budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, commercial analysis and business transformation initiatives.

The Role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge and support to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Developing KPIs and performance reporting to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Providing commercial analysis and financial insight to support business growth.
  • Supporting investment appraisals, business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Delivering monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
  • Building strong relationships across Finance, Commercial and Operational teams.

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Senior Management Accounting environments.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance.
  • Experience supporting and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Experience producing management information and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The confidence to challenge and influence decision-making.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (desirable, not essential).
