Job Purpose / Overview
As a Work Management Project Support, you will report to the Work Management Commissioning Lead and support the execution of maintenance activities on site. This will involve organising work packages for the maintenance teams, ensuring maintenance are receiving the correct work packages for their week and ensuring that completed work packages are returned on time are processed. To support the execution of work, the individuals will also be responsible for ensuring Work Authorisation Forms are ready on time for work to commence.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage the distribution of work packages to the correct maintenance teams.
- Process the required finished work packs when they return from maintenance to ensure correct work package closeout.
- Support the production of WAF (Work Authorisation Forms) to ensure work on site can commence when it is expected to.
- Report back to the Work Management team on WAF progression and readiness to flag any potential issues or concerns with work due to commence.
- Learn how to use our Asset Management tool (Asset Suite) which is our main driver for preparing and executing work.
- Work closely with the maintenance team leaders to ensure effective communication on work readiness is in place.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in operating key asset management tools e.g. Asset Suite (Asset Management System), data reporting tools and Microsoft applications.
- Previous experience using planning software, either Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Familiarity with preparing and distributing work packages
- Strong organizational and IT skills.
- Clear and effective written communication skills.
