📍 Location: Bridgwater, Somerset or Bristol (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office/site)
💰 Rate: Up to £455/day PAYE or £618/day Umbrella (DOE)
📅 Contract: Until end of 2026 (with potential extension)
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced LTQR Lead to join a major UK infrastructure project within the Quality function. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery, compliance, and management of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) across complex project scopes.
You will play a critical role in ensuring documentation, records, and associated processes meet stringent regulatory and project requirements, supporting construction, installation, commissioning, and handover activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage LTQR processes across assigned project areas, ensuring full compliance with procedures and standards
Oversee the delivery, review, and approval of quality records, documents, and physical samples
Manage and mentor a team of Records Support Officers
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely LTQR submission and review
Develop and implement LTQR delivery strategies, including partitioning and handover documentation
Monitor performance through reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Identify gaps, drive improvements, and implement solutions across LTQR processes
Support regulatory engagement and ensure compliance with relevant licence conditions
Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training related to LTQR processes and requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures, systems, and tools
About You
Strong experience in quality records, document control, or completions within large-scale infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex, multidisciplinary environments
Solid understanding of LTQR processes, handover requirements, and quality assurance frameworks
Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDRMS)
Background in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to interpret data, produce reports, and drive process improvements
Desirable Experience
Experience on large, complex projects (£50M+ scope or major infrastructure programmes)
Knowledge of nuclear, energy, or highly regulated environments
Chartered status or relevant professional accreditation
