About the Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to Cash to lead transformation across the entire order-to-cash cycle for a major UK brand. You'll manage a team of 55 professionals, drive process standardisation, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimise working capital performance.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the end-to-end S2C process: billing, collections, cash application, reporting, and bank reconciliations
- Driving process standardisation and continuous improvement across multiple locations
- Managing relationships with third-party outsource providers
- Leading performance through KPIs, SLAs, and working capital metrics (DSO, cash collection)
- Building a high-performance team culture and developing talent across 55+ colleagues
- Delivering transformation in a fast-paced, complex shared services environment
What You Need
Essential:
- Proven track record leading large-scale O2C operations (50+ team size)
- Deep expertise in credit control, collections, billing, and cash application
- Previous shared services experience
- Track record improving DSO and working capital metrics
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (or exceptional O2C experience considered)
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and change management capabilities
Desirable:
- Retail/FMCG/multi-site operations experience
- SAP and automation/efficiency improvement experience
- Third-party outsource provider management
