Role information: The MEH Programme at Hinkley Point C is entering a pivotal phase. We are looking for an HVAC Construction Planner to develop and maintain the detailed schedules that keep HVAC construction on track. This hands-on, site-based role involves turning complex HVAC construction work into clear, reliable plans and tracking progress against them to ensure safe and predictable delivery. You will work closely with construction and delivery teams, providing visibility of readiness, productivity, constraints and schedule risks.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Develop and maintain detailed HVAC Level 5 construction schedules * Prepare and update weekly HVAC four-week lookahead plans * Align schedules with the overall 16-week lookahead and programme milestones * Establish activity-level progress and quantity measurement requirements * Integrate engineering, materials, access, resources, quality and commissioning requirements into the plan * Confirm activity readiness with construction and delivery teams * Produce accurate, evidence-based schedule progress updates, including installed and remaining quantity trackers * Deliver planned versus actual quantity and productivity reports * Provide HVAC inputs to the overall MEH 16-week lookahead

Qualifications/Experience * 5+ years' planning experience in a construction environment * HNC in any engineering discipline * Strong knowledge of building and maintaining Level 5 construction schedules * Confidence challenging assumptions and confirming readiness with site and delivery teams * A methodical, evidence-based approach to progress measurement and reporting * The ability to spot constraints and schedule risks early and communicate them clearly * Eligibility to obtain BPSS security clearance
