Hours of work: 37 Hours Per Week - Site Based 5 Days Per Week
The Role:
You will be working within the HR Team, the role is accountable for the successful onboarding of new team members. Additionally, the role requires the checking of sub-contractor training and clearance certification in order to allow the sub-contractor(s) to access to the works of which they have been employed as per client standards.
Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Organise and apply for DBS checks
* Compiling and submitting Suitably Qualified Experienced Person (SQEP) information to the Client
* Completing BPSS packs for P4 pass applications
* Keeping records updated on the tracking and process of BPSS/ SQEP
* Organising drug and alcohol testing
* Organising training for relevant roles
* Producing quarterly reports of SQEP evidence for the Clients Superintending Officer
Experience/Qualifications:
* Prior experience required with regards to training and vetting
* Understanding of SQEP requirements
* Fantastic Communication Skills
