CDM Site Manager
6 Months Initially (Long-Term Potential)
Field Based - West Midlands (Projects across Midlands incl. Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Birmingham)
Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Flexibility may be needed for future projects

We are seeking an experienced CDM Site Manager to act as Principal Contractor's lead on NERS HV projects, delivering 11kV/33kV contestable works safely and compliantly through to adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Discharge Principal Contractor duties under CDM 2015
Manage Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, and overall site compliance
Lead HV safety controls including permits, switching, isolations, and SAP/AP coordination
Oversee delivery of 11kV/33kV cable routes, substations, jointing, civils, testing & commissioning
Ensure works meet adoptable DNO standards
Manage inspections, testing, quality documentation & adoption packs
Act as main site interface with DNOs, clients & stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven NERS HV project delivery experience to adoption
Strong knowledge of 11kV / 33kV distribution networks
Experience managing permit-controlled HV environments
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), First Aid
NEBOSH, NRSWA or Temporary Works experience desirable
