As a Training Administrator, you'll be joining a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining excellence in technical training across the UK's existing and new nuclear fleet. You'll help ensure high standards, smooth coordination, and effective delivery of training programmes that underpin the safe and successful operation of current and future nuclear sites.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be a key part of the NSA Business Services team, ensuring that training operations and systems run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating key parts of the training curriculum and supporting the NSA's training delivery processes.
* Managing training mailboxes, documentation uploads, and compliance tracking.
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to instructors and training staff.
* Taking accurate minutes in team and committee meetings.
* Supporting the delivery of training across Hinkley Point C and other UK nuclear sites.
* Prioritising nuclear safety and training compliance in every task.
* You'll play a vital role in enabling training excellence that supports the competence and readiness of nuclear professionals nationwide.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident engaging with people at all levels.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and document control.
* Experience supporting large-scale training or compliance programmes.
* Confident taking minutes and maintaining training records.
* Positive, proactive, and team-focused mindset.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
* Experience using PeopleFluent or similar learning management systems.
* Familiarity with training compliance systems and reporting.
* Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
