Rullion are looking for talented Maintenance Team Members with strong electrical and mechanical skills to join a long-term contract at the Train Care Depot in Polmadie. This is a fantastic chance to grow your career in rolling stock maintenance, while working with a friendly, supportive, and highly skilled team.

Shift pattern: 2 Shift - Earlies and Lates

Pay rates (2-Shift):

• First 12 weeks: PAYE £22.67 p/h / Umbrella £28.91 p/h
• After 12 weeks: PAYE £25.73 p/h / Umbrella £34.63 p/h

IR35 status: Inside IR35 (PAYE & Umbrella only)

Equipment: PPE provided by Rullion, tooling provided by client

Your role:

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be a valued member of the team, responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing high-profile rolling stock fleets
• Fault finding, diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Supporting continuous improvements in quality and performance

About you:

We're looking for individuals with:

• A recognised ONC/NVQ Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
• Experience in Rolling Stock, Aerospace, Military Engineering, Automotive, or other large-scale transport sectors
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Reside in the within reasonable distance to site (due to travel time and fatigue considerations)
