Play your part in shaping the future of UK energy.

Hinkley Point C (HPC) is the UK's first nuclear power station in over 20 years - a project on a scale and complexity like no other in Europe. With the project now transitioning from major civil works into large-scale M&E installation, the need for smarter, more efficient processes has never been greater.

To support this, we are recruiting two Engineering Transformation Implementation Specialists to join the HPC Transformation Programme, working within the Process Simplification Workstream. This is an opportunity to directly influence how one of the UK's most ambitious energy projects is delivered - helping to shape systems, streamline processes, and drive sustainable improvements.

Job Purpose / Overview
As an Engineering Transformation Implementation Specialist, you will:
* Support the Process Simplification Manager in the review, roll-out, and optimisation of engineering arrangements.
* Take ownership of arrangement reviews, process workshops, and cross-workstream interface management.
* Deliver structured workshops with multiple stakeholders, ensuring new processes are embedded effectively.
* Produce high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports to evidence and communicate improvement.
* Support compliance with external regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, nuclear site licence conditions).
* Drive continual improvement activities, issue resolution, and KPI monitoring.
* Act as a key link between stakeholders across design, engineering, construction, and quality teams.

Candidate Profile
We're seeking motivated professionals with strong stakeholder skills, process expertise, and an eye for detail.
Essential:
* Experience in nuclear, engineering, design office, or a regulated project delivery environment.
* Strong understanding of Quality / Integrated Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015.
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, quality, or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication skills, confident presenting to groups and leading workshops.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver improvements in complex organisations.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
* ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
* Knowledge of nuclear site licence conditions.
* Experience in PLM tools, KPI tracking, trend analysis, or process reviews.
* Background in root cause analysis, audits, or training others in quality/process management.

Are you ready to be part of a project that's reshaping the energy landscape of the UK? This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on the construction of Hinkley Point C. If you have the skills and experience to lead this challenging endeavour, we want to hear from you.
