Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: £15.89-£20.37 Umbrella OR £12.03-£15.34 hour PAYE
Start date: ASAP subject to clearance
Location: Leicester
Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Role information:
* Liaise with internal and external providers, and stakeholders to coordinate training delivery, ensuring facilitators have the necessary resources to support effective learning.
* Provide technical support for online and virtual training platforms, troubleshooting issues and resolving learner challenges.
* Track and record training requests and budget levels in support of PCC or local equivalents.
* Maintain accurate training records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
* Provide support and guidance on learning processes and policies to learners at all levels.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation and evidence to support funding claims.
* Act as the first point of contact for all training-related queries and requests.


Qualifications/Experience Required:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training platforms.
* Proven experience in a training administration or similar coordination role.
* Strong record-keeping and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Familiarity with technical training environments or regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, engineering, manufacturing).
