Credit Controller Admin

Role Overview:
This is a supportive administrative role within the Credit Control team, ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, service-oriented communication, and working in a collaborative environment. You will assist Credit Controllers by handling administrative duties and making service-related outbound calls to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Credit Control team
- Make outbound service calls to follow up on queries and gather information
- Log and update customer account information accurately
- Assist in resolving basic account queries and escalating complex issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the team in achieving collection targets through non-collection tasks
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Comfortable making outbound service calls (non-sales)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of credit control processes is a plus
