Role Overview:

This is a supportive administrative role within the Credit Control team, ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, service-oriented communication, and working in a collaborative environment. You will assist Credit Controllers by handling administrative duties and making service-related outbound calls to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Credit Control team
  • Make outbound service calls to follow up on queries and gather information
  • Log and update customer account information accurately
  • Assist in resolving basic account queries and escalating complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support the team in achieving collection targets through non-collection tasks

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Comfortable making outbound service calls (non-sales)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of credit control processes is a plus
