Job Description: Training Coordinator (Support Role/ Administrator)
We're looking for an organised and proactive Training Coordinator to support project training activities as part of the NSA EPR Training Team. This role focuses on the coordination and administration of training delivery, ensuring all training runs smoothly and in line with project needs. You'll work closely with the wider team to maintain training systems, update materials and liaise with both internal stakeholders and external training providers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong Communication Skills - Clear written and verbal communication, confident working with people at all levels.
* Teamwork - A collaborative and flexible approach, with a can-do attitude.
* Initiative - Proactive in problem-solving and looking for ways to improve processes.
* Training Administration Experience - Experience supporting training in dynamic or regulated environments.
* IT Proficiency - Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
* Excellent Organisation - Able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Role Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Liaison - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external providers.
* Administrative Support - Maintain accurate training records, trackers and calendars.
* Training Materials - Assist with the review and update of training content.
* Reporting - Collate and format data for use in reports and training dashboards.
* Action Tracking - Support the monitoring and follow-up of training-related actions.
* Meeting Support - Attend team and stakeholder meetings, contributing updates where required.
