Rullion to publish customer satisfaction results

With customer care at the centre of their business activity, recruitment company, Rullion, is set to publish the results of a recent client satisfaction survey.

Rullion is the large-scale recruitment outsourcing partner to a number of well known brands, including the Co-operative Group, United Utilities and EDF. The recruitment company surveyed agency workers, as well as client stakeholders and hiring managers to gather an increased understanding of where service improvements could be made. 

Rullion’s transparency is not the only initiative demonstrating a commitment to clients. An innovative reward scheme is in place for its recruitment outsourcing teams who, unusually for the recruitment industry, are no longer rewarded solely on role fulfilment, but on customer satisfaction levels too.

The survey, which sought the views of key stakeholders, hiring managers and agency workers across six leading UK companies, found a generally high level of satisfaction across the board in terms of the day-to-day performance of Rullion staff, the quality of their work and their ability to make work life easier for their clients. Where Rullion scored slightly lower, action is being taken to ensure improvement going forward.
