People are at the centre of our business and we understand the importance of working with and contributing to our local community and beyond.
We support and organise a number of voluntary, fundraising events throughout the year, for both charities chosen by Rullion, and those supported by our clients. One of our largest charity initiatives is ‘rDay’; an entire day of activities and challenges, held company-wide each year to raise money which is then donated to good causes.
Below are just some of the initiatives we have recently undertaken.
Rullion organised our 2016 rDay to raise money for Alder Hey and Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and we were pleased to be able to donate more than £2300 to the charities.
Events throughout the day included a bake off, a raffle, a silent auction, wet sponge stocks and a chilli eating competition. Read more here.
An 18 strong Team Rullion took part in Tough Mudder North West on 10th September, raising money for four charities; Cancer Research UK, Genesis, MNDA and The Christie. Read more here.
Rullion abseils down the Trafford Centre’s Barton Square tower in aid of the Co-operative’s chosen charity, British Red Cross. Read more here.
Rullion supports local nominated children’s charity, Cash for Kids in Cumbria, collecting and donating Easter eggs. Thanks also to our clients who helped us to contribute over 400 chocolate treats. Read more here.
