Our History
From humble beginnings, Rullion has grown into the 16th largest recruitment company in the UK.
Rullion established
Rullion was established by founder, Themis Saoulli (pictured), funded by wife Jean Saoulli. Themis remains Chairman to this day.
Broke into Engineering Sector
Rullion started trading within the Engineering sector within the UK, and in year 1, had 3 employees and turned over £184,000.
E.ON
We started to work with power and gas giant E.On and we’re proud to continue our relationship to this day.
Started working with UU
Our journey with United Utilities began and today we’re proud to continue to be the partner of choice, with a dedicated onsite team for the provision of a Managed Solution.
Started working with Alstom
The beginning of our relationship with Alstom, a partner we’re proud to continue to work with today.
Started working with CCFE
Our relationship with CCFE begins. Although they’re now called the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), we continue to work together to this day.
myRecruiter launched
Our bespoke software, myRecruiter, was developed and launched by an internal team, supporting our partners with their ATS and VMS needs.
Awarded Managed Services account for Co-op
We were awarded the Managed Solution account for Co-op. Today, we continue to work with Co-op and have a dedicated onsite team in Manchester.
Started working with Unite
The beginning of our long-term Neutral Vendor relationship with UNITE begins.
We begin providing EDF Energy with a Managed Solution
We develop our relationship to become Managed Solution Provider to EDF Energy.
Reached £489m turnover
We reach a milestone £489 million turnover after experiencing year on year organic growth.
15 years with UU
We celebrate 15 years with United Utilities, and are proud to continue the relationship today.
