What makes us different?

Our Values
We think long-term, act with integrity, and believe in people, partnerships, and reputation. Success isn't just profit-it's the impact we make, the trust we earn, and the partnership we build.
Our People
We recruit for attitude and train for expertise. Founded in North Africa in 1978, we bring warmth, and international outlook, and a commitment to sustainability to everything we do.
Our Expertise
We're pros in critical infrastructure, from Nuclear to Water to Rail. STEM is our focus, diversity our goal. We don't just recruit - we find, train, and even deliver the work ourselves for real impact.
Our Credentials
They speak for themselves: ISO certifications, Disability Confident, Living Wage, and more. We're fully committed to quality, security, diversity, and ethical practices in every partnership.

How we demonstrate our care for people and the world

Sustainable Recruitment Initiatives

We are dedicated to being a net-zero company by 2050. Our practices include a remote-first approach that minimises daily commuting, non-essential business travel, and our environmental impact.

Hiring takes too long

Candidate Worker Initiatives

Our digital hub offers sustainability resources and support for all workers. Through virtual onboarding and regular check-ins, we reduce travel needs while keeping engagement high, and we provide health and well-being initiatives to ensure remote workers stay connected.

Recruitment costs are unclear and rising

Inclusive Recruiting

We partner with several leading organisations dedicated to inclusivity, including Bridge of Hope, Shaw Trust, Back to Work Group and Ambitious about Autism.

Specialist knowledge is lacking

Employee well-being and mental health support

We employ mental health first aiders and regularly host mindfulness and check-in sessions to promote overall employee well-being. Through Help@Hand, our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), our teams have 24/7 access to professional support for mental health, financial, legal, and family concerns.

Disability Confident Level 2 Employer

Rullion is proud to be a Disability Confident Level 2 Employer, demonstrating our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports individuals with disabilities and provides equitable access to opportunities. This ongoing strategy embeds inclusivity into every aspect of our operations, driving meaningful change and measurable progress within our organisation and for our clients.

Brand reputation is suffering

Inclusive recruitment practices

All employees receive training on using inclusive language and gender decoders when crafting job adverts, helping to attract a wider range of diverse candidates. We proactively offer reasonable adjustments during pre-screening and interviews to ensure candidates with diverse needs stay engaged and supported throughout the hiring process. We use blind recruitment methods and diverse interview panels to eliminate unconscious bias.

Compliance and managing talent are getting harder

Giving back to our community

We actively partner with local schools to deliver CV writing and interview preparation workshops, empowering young people with the skills to find work. Recently, we’ve collaborated with Northumbrian Water Group and Young HPC to support these initiatives within their communities.

Over the past two years, our team has donated food and essential supplies to local food banks through our partnership with the Trussell Trust, providing vital support to vulnerable individuals and families.
