The team delivers services across highly regulated and secure environments, helping clients manage, maintain, and enhance critical infrastructure.
Role Overview - Quantity Surveyor
A Quantity Surveyor is required to support multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for cost management, commercial oversight, and supporting effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cost planning, forecasting, and cost control activities across design and construction projects.
Develop cost-saving approaches while maintaining expected standards and project quality.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
Track and report on project costs, commercial risks, and financial performance.
Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and delivery partners.
Ensure all commercial activity aligns with relevant standards, regulations, and internal processes.
Skills & Experience Required
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline.
Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or infrastructure.
Strong grasp of contract management, procurement routes, and cost management principles.
Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and manage a varied workload.
Competent using project and commercial management tools/software.
