Overview

The team responsibility is to maintain all HH and AMR metering and communication points, working in collaboration with Suppliers, Data Collectors, Distributors and other industry agents to ensure to ensure accurate and actual data consumption is obtained for our customers and Supplier function.

The role will manage the end-to-end processes of advanced meter operations. This includes new installations, fault resolution, half hourly meter exchanges and maintenance activity on HH and NHH accounts. The role is responsible for ensuring that tight timescales and sometimes conflicting priorities for jobs are managed and booked within SLA's.

As a member of the Advanced Half Hourly Meter Operations Team the role requires the ability to manage and maintain the I&C HH Measurement Class C & EFG portfolio for the HH Metering Fault process meeting both internal and external stakeholder expectations, resulting in the resolution of queries in a timely manner. Adhering to internal SLA/KPI's targets. It is also imperative we follow the industry procedure (BSCP) to mitigate any compliance risks.

The role supports the delivery of Meter Fault rectification for Customer and Suppliers as well as providing assurance we maintain our Settlement performance for the industry Settlements target.

Responsibilities include:

· Dataflow management in line with BSCP timescales

· Managing complex metering queries

· Appointment booking

· Capacity management

· Internal and External Agent collaboration

· Customer liaison

· Portfolio progress reporting

· Managing site visit results and actioning relevant industry dataflows

· Junifer ticket processing

Essential

· Negotiation and influencing skills to obtain best results

· Ability to establish long term business relationships

· IT skill essential with Word and Excel essential

· Be able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and staff at all levels

· Be able to work independently, accurately and use their own initiative

· Be able to work accurately with attention to detail

· Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining professional and calm approach

· Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload whilst maintaining service
