Job Type: 14 Month Fixed Term Permanent Contract
Start date: Subject to Clearance
Salary: Up to £60,000 Per Annum
Location: Bristol
Flexible Working: Hybrid Working Available a 3 Days a Week in the Office
Hours of work: 37 Hours Per Week

Role & Responsibilities:
* Produce, review and update the system documentation for fire detection system JDT this includes operator instructions, human machine interface, safety and environmental specification, control logic design, as well as periodic testing in compliance with the engineering rules, methodologies, quality processes, and tools
* Management of interfaces with clients' disciplines involved in the fire detection contracts
* Management of the design and operation of the systems during the design, construction and commissioning phases, in accordance with safety requirements, regulatory requirements and design rules
* Ensure the proper integration of detailed mechanical diagrams, functional diagrams, 3D model in the associated tools
* Receive modification requests issued by various engineering teams, verify the coherence of these modifications, systematically challenge their necessity and ensure with them the feasibility and validity of these modifications
* Participate in experience sharing activities (OPEX shared with other projects and if coming from other projects, integrated within HPC when possible)

Qualifications/Experience Required:
* Knowledge of the RCC-E electrical technical regulations and the technical reference system (NFC15-100 / NF C 13-200 / BS7671 / IEC 60909)
* Knowledge of fire detection and protection standards
* Knowledge of the nuclear field via school curriculum or professional experience
* Knowledge of the processes involved in industrial projects in the energy field
* Technical documents reviews
* Experience in fire detection field, instrumentation equipment design, procurement, testing or installation
